I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this non-liability waiver ("Agreement") as a visitor at Farm on The Lake Campsite ("Campsite"). I understand and accept that my visit to the Campsite involves inherent risks and potential hazards, and by participating in any land and water activities on the Campsite premises, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my visit. I acknowledge that this Agreement releases Farm on The Lake and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may arise from my presence or activities at the Campsite.
1. Under the Influence:
Understand and agree that if I am under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances impairing my judgment or physical abilities, Farm on The Lake will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my impaired state.
2. Wild Animals:
While Farm on The Lake has never experienced any attacks by wild animals on humans, I acknowledge that there is potential wildlife, including but not limited to bears, raccoons, coyotes, skunks, porcupines, deer, turtles, turkeys, geese, and other species, in the vicinity of the Campsite. I acknowledge and accept that Farm on The Lake is not liable for any harm, injury, or damage caused by these wild animals to me or my property during my visit.
3. Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency, I understand that I should call 911 immediately. Additionally, I acknowledge and agree that I must text the following number, +1 (647) 249-0500, to inform Farm on The Lake of any emergencies or urgent situations that may require their attention.
4. Safety Equipment:
Farm on The Lake provides safety equipment for various activities available at the Campsite. However, I acknowledge that the use of such safety equipment is optional. If I choose not to use the safety equipment provided by Farm on The Lake, I accept full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result.
5. Visitor's Experience and Knowledge:
I hereby affirm that I am an experienced camper and possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required to navigate and survive in outdoor environments. I understand that Farm on The Lake assumes visitors have a basic understanding of camping practices and will act responsibly during their stay.
6. Adverse Weather:
I understand and acknowledge that weather conditions at Farm on The Lake can change rapidly. I agree that it is my responsibility to exercise good judgment and take necessary precautions, including seeking shelter or leaving the campsite if adverse weather conditions arise. Farm on The Lake shall not be held responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from adverse weather conditions.
7. Falling Trees, Branches, and Vegetation:
I acknowledge that the campsite is surrounded by heavy vegetation and tall trees. I understand and accept that Farm on The Lake shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages caused by falling trees, tree branches, or vegetation during my visit to the campsite. It is my responsibility to be aware of my surroundings and exercise caution.
8. Tripping or Falling Hazards:
Farm on The Lake has taken measures to mitigate tripping or falling hazards on the campsite premises. However, I acknowledge that there may still be uneven surfaces and natural obstacles that could pose a risk. I understand that Farm on The Lake will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from trips or falls due to uneven surfaces or natural hazards.
9. Personal Belongings:
I acknowledge and understand that Farm on The Lake shall not be held liable for any theft, loss, damage, or destruction of personal belongings or valuables that may occur during my visit to the campsite. I am solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of my personal items. It is recommended that I take necessary precautions, such as locking personal belongings or utilizing secure storage options, to safeguard my possessions while staying at the campsite. Farm on The Lake and its staff shall not be responsible for any financial or emotional consequences arising from the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal items.

Our dedicated team has diligently assessed the premises and implemented necessary precautions to mitigate potential risks. We want you to have a relaxing and memorable experience during your stay at our campsite. By signing the non-liability waiver, you acknowledge that Farm on The Lake has made efforts to create a safe environment, but you understand and accept personal responsibility for your own safety and well-being during your visit.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined in this non-liability waiver and adhere to the rules of Farm on The Lake campsite, including the additional points stated above. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my visit to Farm on The Lake Campsite and release Farm on The Lake, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may occur during my visit
